Mathew is the President of Argent and brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and technical business expertise to the company. He has an MBA from the University of Calgary and has enjoyed a long career as a business lawyer in Kelowna.

Mathew was born and raised in Kelowna and relies heavily on his broad network of local connections and reputation to advance the business interests of the Argent group of companies.

Chris is a founding partner of Argent and is intimately engaged in Argent’s acquisitions and operations. He has an MBA from the University of Calgary and brings strong analytical skills to the company’s board.

Among Chris’ many endeavors, he is the founder and owner of the Kelowna based real estate brokerage, Venture Realty Corp., and the co-developer of Argent’s prestigious seniors housing development, Mission Villas.

Raised in Kelowna, Chad began his career as an entrepreneur, owning and operating several small businesses in the Kelowna area. After completing his Master of Science degree, Chad continued with his entrepreneurial roots developing an energy company.

Chad is currently the managing partner of Leaseline, and has been involved in the start-up and acquisition of many small to medium sized businesses. Chad brings a unique perspective and good analytical skills from his experience in science, research, law, and finance.

Dany has held positions with the Canadian Forces, a Mineral Exploration Manufacturer, and founded MBI Drilling Products where as President, he successfully expanded the company tenfold. Currently, Dany continues his ownership of MBI, is the VP & Partner of Pilot Diamond Tools, is a Partner of Premier Mining Products, as well as a few local Kelowna businesses.

Dany contributes greatly to the communities he resides holding positions as a part-time firefighter and volunteer presidencies for a number of clubs and committees.

Having family from India, being raised in China, and completing his Bachelor’s Degree with honours in Business Management from UBCO, Gaurav has lived an extensive and diverse international lifestyle. This diversity has strengthened Gaurav’s ability to consider multiple factors and abstract ideas when doing analysis on business acquisitions.

Gaurav is currently pursuing his CFA designation while working with Argent’s management – providing him ample opportunity to exercise his ability to strategically assess financial risk while still expanding his knowledge. Gaurav is committed to finding ways to improve Argent’s efficiencies and to bring about smart investments.

Originally from Brazil, Ana moved to Canada in 2016 and has since built a successful career in accounting and financial management. She holds a degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Planning and Management, bringing extensive experience in financial reporting and operations. As Lead Financial Controller, Ana oversees the department’s processes and drives improvements that support the company’s growth.

Known for her strategic approach and attention to detail, Ana is passionate about fostering a collaborative team environment while ensuring accurate, reliable, and insightful financial operations. Her leadership and expertise have already made a meaningful impact in strengthening processes and enabling informed decision-making.

Markku is a seasoned business leader and creative strategist based in British Columbia, known for his work across industries ranging from cannabis retail to outdoor adventure tourism. With a sharp eye for branding, operations, and organizational culture, Markku has played a key role in shaping the growth and identity of several businesses, including Flora Cannabis, where he has helped cultivate a strong, community-rooted retail presence.

His approach blends operational efficiency with a deep focus on team engagement and customer experience—earning him a reputation for both entrepreneurial vision and cultural leadership.
